Captured feedback is harder to dismiss than vague memories of someone once saying you were "quite good." Proof matters. I’ve been keeping a file all my life - in my past corporate life and now as a Coach 😬
So heres some proof - Case Studies from a few of my lovely clients. Voluntarily given and entirely uncompensated - unless you count the thank you emails, which I absolutely do 🤩

Mona: “I'm a much happier, more confident person”
Product Manager, Unilever, India
https://youtu.be/818uokQBmF0?si=SL5Abi-pZ4fFWHAx
The Challenge: After spending more than 20 years in the same organisation, Mona felt like her career had reached a plateau. She was known for delivering excellent work, but almost all of her focus was on execution. She rarely built relationships outside of her immediate team, found networking uncomfortable and wasn't communicating the value or impact of what she was doing. When her organisation went through a major reorganisation in 2024 that significantly disrupted her career, she seriously considered leaving on her own terms because she couldn't see a way forward. She later realised that working harder wasn't going to change how her career progressed.
She needed a different approach.
What We Worked On: Rather than focusing on working even harder, we focused on improving Mona's career positioning inside her organisation.
Together we worked on:
Instead of waiting for recognition, Mona began deliberately shaping how others experienced her work.
The Outcome:
Just six sessions into the programme, the difference was already visible. One of Mona's biggest breakthroughs came when she volunteered to lead a global Artificial Intelligence project presentation - something she said she would never previously have believed she could do.
It was the first time in her 20-year career that she had presented to such a large global audience, and the presentation changed how her line manager perceived her.
But perhaps the biggest transformation wasn't the presentation itself - it was how she saw herself.
"I now trust my own judgement. I stopped seeking validation from others. Working strategically has changed everything for me.”
She described moving from constantly seeking validation from others to trusting her own judgement. She became more confident, more proactive and more hopeful about her future. Reflecting on her experience, she said that without coaching she would likely have remained stuck or even given up entirely.

Philbert: “I’ve come a full circle”
Asset Management, ****Amazon, England
The Challenge: When Phil first came to coaching, he felt like his career had stalled. After an internal reorganisation, he had been moved into a role that wasn't aligned with where he wanted his career to go. Much of his work wasn't helping him build experience for the future he wanted, and he was beginning to question whether he'd ever get there. His goal was clear: he wanted to move into Asset Management. The problem figuring out how to bridge the gap between where he was and where he wanted to be inside a large organisation.
What We Worked On: Rather than waiting for the "perfect" opportunity to appear, we focused on putting him in the strongest possible position before a role became available.
Together we: Clarified exactly where he wanted his career to go.
Over time, Phil became known by the right people before there was even a vacancy.
Then one evening, I received a message I'll never forget.
"I've been told today that the Asset Management team finally got extra headcount! They're posting the role soon and have asked me to apply."
The Outcome: Phil applied for the position. He got it!! Today, he's working in the Asset Management role he'd been aiming for.
What makes this story particularly meaningful is that he didn't achieve it by leaving Amazon or starting over elsewhere. He built the relationships, credibility and visibility that positioned him as the obvious choice when the opportunity arrived.
As Phil later reflected:
"By the end of the coaching, I realised I had more options than I initially felt... I could still work towards my long-term goals where I was."

Larissa: “I feel so capable”
Talent Acquisition, Zurich Cover-More, India
The Challenge: When Larissa came to coaching, she was an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner recruiting across the UK and Indian markets. Her goal was to expand into recruiting for South East Asia and other international markets, but despite having the capability, she wasn't making progress towards that goal. Together, we uncovered that the biggest barriers weren't technical—they were the limiting beliefs and uncertainty that were preventing her from taking action.
What We Worked On: Across just two coaching sessions, we focused on turning an ambitious goal into a practical plan.
Together we:
Rather than waiting until she felt "ready", Larissa left coaching with the confidence and structure to start creating opportunities for herself.
The Outcome:
Shortly after our coaching sessions, Larissa messaged me with some exciting news.
"I applied the methods that we discussed in coaching... and I get to work on Asia roles."
She went on to tell me she would be working on South East Asian market recruitment and said something that perfectly captured the transformation:
"I feel so capable."
In just two coaching sessions, she moved from feeling held back by uncertainty to confidently expanding into the international recruitment work she had been working towards.
